No related parties, including fund donors and advisors, will receive a personal benefit, including fulfillment of any binding pledges. Grant funds will be used exclusively for tax-exempt purposes as described in Section 170(c)(2)(b). Grant funds may not be used for any political or lobbying activity. The Grantee will submit a final report with pictures, summarizing the project outcomes and expenditures by the date noted in the award letter/email.
