A 2025 grant from the Two Rivers Giving Circle helped Wind Dance Farm and Earth Education Center purchase three convertible bench/tables for its yurt classroom, located at the entrance to its 90-acre forest, known as “The Carbon Forest.”
The new outdoor furnishings provide flexible space for students to gather, learn, and explore—another reminder that learning can happen in every environment. The project also reflects the shared commitment of the Two Rivers Giving Circle and Wind Dance Farm to conservation and environmental education.
Through hands-on experiences like these, students are encouraged to become thoughtful stewards of the natural world. Applications for preservation and conservation projects will be accepted for the 2026 Two Rivers Giving Circle grants beginning August 24-September 14.
