The upcoming Lunch and Learn Nonprofit Seminar will feature two dynamic speakers, David DeJarnett, partner at Bowles Rice in Martinsburg and Patricia Hanberry of Hanberry Associates from Frederick, Maryland.
The seminar and lunch are being provided free of charge by First United Bank & Trust. Hosted by FUB Market President Denise Phelps, the two hour seminar (11:30 AM to 1:30 PM on Wednesday, April 18th) is designed to help nonprofit organizations identify and recruit effective board members, then manage their engagement. The seminar will appeal to nonprofit staff and board leaders alike and local charitable organizations are encouraged to send both.
The Eastern West Virginia Community Foundation and United Way of the Eastern Panhandle are partnering with First United Bank and Trust to present this and three other Lunch and Learn Nonprofit seminars during the year.
